No Refined Oils

Modern-day refined oils are HORRIBLE for human consumption. There are no two ways about it. These are highly processed, unnatural, chemically distorted, and harmful to your body. There is enormous research pointing at these oils, along with sugar and processed foods, to be the cause of insulin resistance, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart diseases etc., and the list goes long. Unfortunately, many are unaware that symptoms appear slowly over the years and sometimes decades.

Not using nasty refined oils in our curries is one of the initiatives that we have committed to right now. Tiffinly does not use refined oils such as those processed from Canola, Vegetable, Soybean, Cotton seed, etc. Instead, we are committed to using cold-pressed natural Coconut, Avocado, Olive, Sesame, Peanut, and Ghee depending on the dish and as per the rules of Ayurveda (Ancient Indian Health Science).

Nothing beats freshly made home-cooked meals from the freshest and most natural ingredients. Unfortunately, the modern busy lifestyle does not always allow us to choose the right food.
